We buy the client training app. We do not build it. The delivery, tracking, and messaging layer is a solved commodity — building our own would burn capital and attention on something we can license today.
Buy / white-label
For delivery, progress tracking, messaging, and the client-facing app, we white-label an existing platform — Trainerize, TrueCoach, or FitBudd. Each ships the capabilities a premium practice needs, brandable to our identity, at a fraction of the cost and risk of custom software.
Rough cost
Pricing for these platforms is modest — typically a per-trainer or per-client monthly subscription that scales with the roster. It is an operating line, not a capital project. We treat it as a tool we rent, sized to the number of trainers and clients we actually have.
The site is separate
To be explicit: this proposal site is not the client app. This is the credibility and closing surface for prospective clients (and, right now, the review surface for this very plan). The client app is the white-labeled platform above. The two are distinct products serving distinct jobs.
