1:1 strength & longevity
Private, progressive strength training built around healthspan — the core discipline.
Yoga & mobility
Breath, range, and recovery, delivered privately or in small groups.
Balance, fall-prevention & functional aging
The defining specialty for an older clientele — protecting stability, confidence, and independence.
Post-rehab & special-population
Careful work for clients coming out of rehabilitation or managing conditions, always with medical clearance.
Pilates
Controlled, low-impact strength and core work, well-suited to the demographic.

Longevity labs

Beyond 1:1 work, we run small, curated members-only "longevity labs," capped at four to six participants. They are recurring and rotating in focus — a season on balance, a season on strength, a season on mobility — and kept intentionally exclusive. This is not a public class schedule; it is a privilege of membership, sized to keep every session intimate and high-touch.
