Section 2 of 12

Branding (name options)

The name is not decided. This section is the decision — three naming territories to react to, not a finished mark to approve.

The brand currently runs under the working wordmark Trainer Management (defined in src/lib/brand.ts, the single source of truth). Whichever territory you favour, the final pick drives a one-line rename there and propagates everywhere. Each territory carries a positioning logic; domains are noted as to be checked rather than asserted as available.

1. Longevity / clinical

Illustrative names: Meridian Longevity, Vantage Method.

Positions on healthspan, science, and the 55+ premium — a name that reads like a method and a discipline, not a gym. It signals rigor to a clientele buying outcomes and credibility rather than aesthetics.

Domain availability for any mark in this territory is to be checked before we commit — we have not assumed any specific domain is free.

2. Place / heritage

Illustrative names: Saddle River Strength, Alpine & Oak.

Positions on Bergen County affluence and locale prestige. The town carries the status; the mark borrows it. It reads as established and rooted to the exact neighborhoods we serve.

Domain availability for any mark in this territory is to be checked before we commit — we have not assumed any specific domain is free.

3. Partner-named

Illustrative names: The trainer-partner's own name as the mark.

Positions on the partner's reputation and existing relationships as the day-one trust asset. The name IS the proof: clients already know it, and the partner's standing becomes the brand the moment we launch.

Domain availability for any mark in this territory is to be checked before we commit — we have not assumed any specific domain is free.

We present the full-roster destination alongside the recommended launch shape: the name we choose must read well both for a partner-anchored launch and for the later multi-discipline managed roster, so the brand outlives the opening phase.
