- The older-clientele specialty: functional movement, balance, and fall-prevention work that protects independence and confidence.
- Strength & longevity
- Progressive strength built around healthspan — preserving muscle, bone density, and capacity for the decades ahead.
- Post-rehab-adjacent training
- Conditioning that picks up where physical therapy leaves off — delivered only with medical clearance, never in place of clinical care.
- Nutrition (RD referral only)
- Nutrition support routed through a licensed registered dietitian. Trainers never write meal plans — the line is firm (see Diet & nutrition).
- The IG-content service
- Produced social content for the client's own feed — the headline differentiator and top-of-funnel engine (see The IG-content service).
- Quarterly assessments
- Structured reassessment every quarter — measurable progress the client can see, and the anchor of retention.
- Seasonal / travel coordination
- Coordination for snowbirds and travelling clients so training continuity follows them across seasons and locations.
