Section 4 of 12

Pricing & tiers

A membership-first ladder, anchored to the Bergen County market — positioned above local incumbents and below the Manhattan ceiling.

Local in-home and studio training runs roughly $79–149 per session, with GYMGUYZ in-home around $85–150. The Manhattan ceiling sits at $140–160 per session. We price the membership tiers to land deliberately between those poles: clearly premium to the Bergen incumbents, clearly accessible relative to the city. The signal is "the best in the county," not "the cheapest in the room."

Why membership-first

We lead with recurring memberships rather than session packs because the economics of a premium concierge practice are won on retention and lifetime value, not on transaction count. A member who reassesses quarterly, keeps a consistent trainer, and engages with the app and content stays for years — and each retained year compounds. We target 90%+ retention and an LTV:CAC ratio of at least 3:1. Memberships also smooth revenue, make scheduling predictable, and let us invest in service depth that one-off sessions could never justify.
